My 2026 Throne and Liberty GvG Build Diary: Six Classes That Carry

Throne and Liberty GvG builds offer versatile PvP and PvE options for chaotic battles, from easy Crusader to advanced Seeker support.

I am not a top-tier guild leader, just a regular player who loves jumping into Throne and Liberty's chaotic Guild versus Guild battles. In 2026, Large Scale PvP still means massive fights in Castle Siege, Riftstone Wars, and Boonstone Wars. I have spent countless nights testing builds, wiping, and learning. If you want a character that works in GvG, PvP, and PvE dungeons, here are six builds I have personally tried, loved, and sometimes cursed at.

Darkblighter: The Easy Assassin-Support Hybrid ⚔️

The Darkblighter uses Wand and Tome with Dagger, and its primary stats are Perception and Dexterity. I was surprised by how easy it felt. Wand and Tome gives strong support, while Dagger brings the DPS. You dip and dive around, deal damage, and retreat behind allies who need healing. But this build is glassy and mana hungry. I learned the hard way to save mobility skills for escaping trouble, not for diving into a perfect attack position. If you remember that, it is a fun class. Daggers matter for critical hits, so DPS players love them for speeding through the game.

Seeker: The Very Hard Support for Veterans 🧙

The Seeker is not for me on a bad day. It uses Strength and Wisdom, and it is Very Hard. This build is arguably one of the best supports when it comes to paired weapons. It has plenty of healing for itself and allies, plus Longbow self-sustainability and crowd control against Dagger users. However, when trouble finds you, there is no easy escape. I always hang back behind allies because this class cannot take much damage. New players should avoid it until they are very adept at Throne and Liberty. Do not be afraid to remap controls completely if that helps you master it.

Liberator: Rear-Line Damage Dealer 🏹

The Liberator uses Perception and is Hard. I love playing it when my friends are frontliners. I can safely attack from the rear for single-target and AoE damage. It burns mana, but Longbow keeps it self-sustaining. It lacks mobility and escape, so my allies must know that weakness and help me if I get targeted. It is not as hard as Seeker, but it is far from easy. Most players are better off playing a Scorpion before trying a Liberator.

Crusader: The Beginner-Friendly Bruiser 🛡️

The Crusader uses Strength and is Low difficulty. It boasts phenomenal survivability thanks to its weapon pairing, making it amazing in Small Scale PvP, Large Scale PvP, and PvE dungeons. It can close in on enemies or pull them closer, crowd control groups, and deal plenty of damage. The best part is how easy it is, perfect for beginners. Its shortcoming is limited range, but I counterbalance that by playing aggressively with Greatsword skills. Play to its strengths, and it performs at its best.

Invocator: The Magic Swiss Army Knife 🔥

The Invocator uses Wisdom, Perception, and Strength, and is Medium-High difficulty. The best magic combo in the game is Staff with Wand and Tome. Staff has devastating skills, while Wand and Tome is the poster child for healing and support. A skilled veteran can be cataclysmic with this class. It supports allies with some of the best healing and crowd control, and it reduces enemy healing potential. It also recovers mana quickly, which synergizes with low cooldowns. Its only major drawback is how squishy it is. It relies on allies to keep it safe. You need to distribute points among three stats to see optimal performance.

Templar: The Support That Refuses to Die 💀

The Templar uses Wisdom and Dexterity, and is Medium difficulty. It is a better option for players who cannot match the skill ceiling of an Invocator. It uses Sword and Shield to massively ramp up survivability. Anyone wanting to play Support should try it. With training, it is phenomenal in GvG. It has poor damage and is mana hungry, but it provides all the healing needed for itself and allies. It has plenty of crowd control with low cooldowns to keep enemies where it wants them. If enemies target the Templar, it proves the hardest support to take out of the fight while bolstering allies with whatever they need.

Final thoughts: In 2026, Throne and Liberty GvG is still about coordination, not just individual builds. But picking the right class for your skill level and your guild's needs makes every Castle Siege, Riftstone War, and Boonstone War more fun. I still wipe sometimes, and I still laugh about it. That is the life of a regular player.
